Excellent Resource from the National Fatherhood Initiative
Excellent resource from the National Fatherhood Initiative. Raising healthy children requires healthy parents, specially healthy fathers. The ebook did a great job in focusing in this aspect of parenthood- staying fit and healthy for their families. It's an important parenting principle that all dads should practice. I like the "check list" format of the ebook because it was concise, short and drives the reader into instant self-evaluation mode. Book was not judgemental nor preachy. The tips at the end of each section were realistic and practical. I think this book should also be in the "parenting" category. I highly recommend the book to other dads.
